All our products are handmade needle felted items. Each piece requires careful manual production and finishing. Standard order processing time is 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. Orders during holidays or peak seasons may be slightly delayed, and we will notify you in time if any delay occurs.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We provide international shipping services to most countries and regions worldwide. Standard international shipping takes 10–25 business days for delivery after dispatch. The actual delivery time depends on local logistics efficiency, customs clearance and regional factors.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on product weight, package size and your shipping destination. Free shipping promotions will be clearly marked on relevant product pages during campaign periods.

4. Customs & Duties

International orders may incur local customs duties, import taxes or processing fees. These fees are borne by the recipient. We will strictly declare the package value according to international shipping standards to assist smooth customs clearance.

5. Shipping Exceptions

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure, including weather disasters, customs inspection delays, logistics suspension and other uncontrollable factors.
