Returns
We adhere to customer-first service principles and provide standard return and refund services for all qualified orders of wool felt decor products.
1. Return Eligibility
You can apply for a return or refund within 30 calendar days after receiving the goods. Eligible situations include: product damage during transportation, obvious craftsmanship defects, wrong items delivered, or serious inconsistency with the product description.
Please note: All handmade wool felt products are unique. Slight manual traces, tiny color difference and subtle shape differences caused by handmade craftsmanship do not belong to quality problems and are not eligible for unconditional return.
2. Non-Returnable Situations
- Products damaged due to personal use, improper storage or artificial damage
- Products beyond the 30-day return application period
- Custom personalized customized products (unless there are serious quality problems)
3. Return Process
Please first contact our customer service email to submit a return application and provide product photos or videos as proof. We will verify your application within 1–3 business days and send you return instructions. Please do not return goods without prior confirmation.
4. Refund Rules
After we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account. Shipping fees for returns are borne by the customer unless the problem is caused by our side.
